1. Invitation in an envelope
The first wedding scrapbook layout idea is to feature your wedding invitation. If you want to mix it up from just gluing the invitation to the page, you can have it in an envelope. To do this, just glue the envelope to the page with the invitation inside so you can take it out and look at it.
2. Dried flowers from your bouquet
Another wedding scrapbook idea is to include dried flowers from your bridal bouquet as an accent to your page. For example, you can include some petals from your bouquet with some photos of you getting ready.
3. Saying “I do”
Something you definitely don’t want to leave out of your wedding scrapbook is the ceremony. Including a close up and wider shot will give you a full perspective on the day.
Also, using wood patterned background will help you capture the rustic vibe of your mountain wedding.
4. Mountain views
If you have a mountain wedding, you will definitely want to showcase the gorgeous views in your wedding scrapbook. For example, I included a view from the front of the chapel and in the back with the expansive view. You can also note the date and how high up you were on the mountain because that is an element truly unique to a wedding in the mountains.
5. Reception details
When planning a wedding, you put a lot of time and effort into all of the small details. So I definitely recommend documenting those in your wedding scrapbook. If you have a separate reception invitation that is a great piece to include with some shots of the room, flowers, centerpieces, etc.

6. The wedding party
The family and friends you include in your wedding party are some of the closest people in your life, so it makes sense to dedicate a scrapbook spread to them. You can feature a mix of full group shots and some individuals or just the bridesmaids/groomsmen.
7. The happy couple
Of course, the most important aspect of your wedding is having each other. Pick your favorite shots of your and your spouse. I recommend including a mix of color photos and black and white pictures. Especially for these photos, I preferred keeping the layout very simple so that the photos are the main focus of the page.

Another fun wedding scrapbook idea is to include some cards from loved ones so that you can look back on them instead of the cards just gathering dust in a drawer. If you glue the back down you’ll still be able to open the card and read it.
